Organizing video clips in adobe

Image
In adobe Premiere pro, organization is key for making long videos, luckily for you I am here to show you good organization techniques. First what you want to do is go to the bottom right of your screen where your videos are stored once you import them      Then after you do that you want to find the folder on the bottom right of this area.     If you click on that folder9not the folded piece of paper, then it should create a new bin in that video area.      Once you have completed all that and have your clips ready, just drag and drop them into the folder.     Once the items you like are in the folder then you can double click on it to open it, and all the videos you put into the folder should be there for you to work with.        In order to rename it all you have to do is double click on the name(which is by default Bin).    Then just rename it and press return or enter.     Hope th...

1 in 2000

In e-comm class we had to interview someone under the alias of a reporter for NPR news, doing a report for the 1 in 2000 challenge. I interviewed the student Reece Krall, who is a ONW student, as well as a friend of mine. Reece plays the drums and is a high achieving student. I was very interested to interview him, and what came out if the interview was the fact that over his summer break, he played video games.     The voiceover aspect of the project was a little tough for me. It was not hard because of the voiceover itself but mainly because I'm not passionate about interviewing, I prefer making fun videos for everyone to enjoy and have a good laugh, I didn't really get that in my interview. So making it wasn't the hard at all, it was just the fact that my heart wasn't in it.     Shooting the video was fun but there were difficulties in the process. The first time we shot, it was really good material, but none of the audio files were there while i w...

Safety Video, Push in your chairs

Image
For this project, we E-comm students were tasked to make a video that could show a safety tip for the students to follow and respect. My group and I chose to make a video about pushing in your chairs. Not following this rule is a safety hazard and just overall annoying for the next person. In order to make this project a reality we had to take steps to get there. First we wrote a story board over what we want to happen in the video. Ours included a man sitting at a table who leaves and forgets to push in his chair, then another man runs up and stops him and forces him to push in his chair. After being satisfied with this we started filming. The beginning starts off with a man sitting at a table who forgets to push in his chair as he leaves after getting up.  Then after he leaves a man notices that he failed to push in his chair, he chases after him and forces him to come back.   After he makes him come back and push in the chair, after a quick thanks from our spo...
