Photoshop
  In e-comm we have been working with some minor photoshop. I will show you what and do a brief explanation about what was done. 
   
  What we did here was take a picture of the onw school and crop out some empty space. then we added some other designs in a low opacity.
  The other project is another onw one. We took a picture of the school and added some lettering with negative space in front. The colored space is where the school colors are displayed.
With this project we took a butterfly and turned its wings from orange to an array of colors. It was a fun project and pretty simple overall. 
  The last one i wasn't able to finish due to the fact that my program kept glitching with one of the essential tools. I did manage though to edit out the two light posts and cars. They were originally in front of the school.

                                       Personal Logo      In our e-communications class we have been working on personal logos for an imaginary company. Due to the fact that my name is Mayo, I chose to do a logo for a mayonnaise company. I decided to go very simplistic with something that is creative but yet recognizable. After some brainstorming I had come up with about 30 designs. I finally settled on one and got going. What makes a good feature story?

    A feature story is a video that is meant to tell a story while creating emotion about the subject, either happiness, sadness, or anger. However you can not get that emotion if the video isn't up to par with the story, so the question comes, how can you make  a good feature story?     In order to make a good feature story first you need good questions. Without the right questions the  video will seem split up and divided, as well as draw attention away from the story itself. So after you have the right questions(for an interesting topic), make sure you record the interview with a high quality camera and mike, so that way it looks professional. Also make sure to get lots of b-roll of the topic, so that way if you do a voiceover, you can have that footage for the background. When shooting all footage, it is important to have good lighting. The Bouncing Ball

Animation   In class we have learned about squash and stretch and ease in and ease out. You can See the squash and stretch by how the ball squashes as it lands an then stretches as it goes up and down. This also helps demonstrate speed and the affect of speed. The ease in and ease out also comes into play when the ball picks up speed and then is stopped by the ground and then reflects. I have attached the animation for you to see. The only thing about it is that its slowed down a little.
